A year ago, I was self-conscious, shy, quiet, lonely, and scared. I was a little bit overweight and I had absolutely no confidence. I was a stay-at-home mom with zero income, living in a new state with no family and very few friends. What a difference a year makes! We are coming up on my 1 year anniversary as a Beachbody Coach; what a great time to launch my brand new website that I have put so much love into! I have so many ideas floating around in this head of mine and I want to make a difference in this world. My goals are BIG and this website is going to be one piece of the puzzle that will help get me to where I want to be.
On that note, thank you for checking out my corner of the internets. I have already published a couple of posts and a few of my favorite recipes, so please check those out while you are here. I have this crazy desire for perfection in my life, and that usually causes me to put a lot of time and effort into fixing things. The workout calendars that come with Beachbody fitness programs are fine, but I wanted to create some that are pretty to look at AND functional.
